Choose nanonode.de as your representative
Each Nano account names a representative. Representatives vote with the balance of the accounts that chose them, and these votes confirm the blocks of the network. Your XNO stay in your account. You can change the representative at any time, and it costs nothing.
How to set it
- Copy the address of the representative.
- Open the settings of your wallet and choose Change representative. In Nault, open Representatives.
- Paste the address and confirm. The wallet sends a change block. It is free and done in a few seconds.
Do this for each account in your wallet. The account page then shows the new representative.
Why it helps
Nano stays secure as long as no one controls a large share of the voting weight. Exchanges and services hold much of it today. Each account that chooses an independent representative spreads the weight out.
This node runs on a rented server in Falkenstein, Germany. The dashboard shows its status live, and the ranking compares it with all other representatives.
